When garment designers are looking for that unique and eye catching look, they often turn to Jumbo Printing or All Over Print Shirt technology.  Also called All Over Print, these projects are generally accomplished using one of three methods.

All Over Print Shirt

The first method for producing All Over Print Shirt involves roll to roll fabric printing, and a cut and sew operation.  Fabric is typically printed on a roll to roll press or using an eco solvent fabric printer.  The fabric is printed and then cut into panels and sewn together to create a complete coverage of print on the front and or front and back of the shirt.

The second method for producing All Over Print Shirt projects involves custom dye sublimation.  Dye sublimation can either be done in a cut and sew environment or it can be done on post sewn garments using large roll to roll presses or large flat industrial presses.  This type of All Over Print Shirt requires that the garment start out completely white and be made of 100% polyester, or high contents of polyester or from polyester family members like rayon, nylon, satin or spandex etc …

The third and most rare method of accomplishing an All Over Print Shirt project is via the use of Jumbo All Over Shirt screen printing presses.  Becoming more rare in the United States, these monster presses are capable of printing very wide and very long.  This enables companies like AMBRO Manufacturing to print on already sewn T-Shirts of any fabric type in a wide and long aka Jumbo format.  Using these types of specialized presses, T-Shirts can be printed from neck to waist and sleeve to sleeve.
