Custom sublimation printing is a digital printing method that transfers custom images to something, which is usually a cloth material. Sublimation is a process where a substance moves from a solid to a gas state without going into a liquid state. This is initiated by heat and controlled by pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied, the dye becomes a gas and absorbs into a garment made of 100% polyester. It becomes part of the garment. Sublimation printing is weightless, does not fade or crack and is long lasting. Custom means when you make or have something done a particular way for a customer.

For sublimation printing not only does the cloth material have to be made of 100% polyester and that fabric must be white, but don’t worry you can sublimate your fabric any color you would like from pink to yellow.
