In the past, Dye Sublimation Printing required expensive cut and sew projects with thousands of pieces being produced.  However, with advances in Sublimation technology, AMBRO Manufacturing can now provide Dye Sublimation Printing services on already sewn garments.  This means that we can take existing T-Shirts and transform them into 360 degree works of art.

Dye Sublimation Printing starts out on the computer.  Graphic designers put together complex patterns, designs, photos or just vivid colors to make a Sublimation design.  Once complete, this design is output to a special printer that is formatted for wide format printing and loaded with custom sublimation ink sets.  The print is produced on a specialty substrate that is dried and prepared for the garment.

Once ready, a T-Shirt or other garment is flattened on an industrial heat press and the substrate is transferred using high heat and pressure.

The results will amaze you.  The design is fused into the fabric itself.  Unlike screen printing or embroidery where you can feel the design on top of the fabric, Dye Sublimation Printing embeds the design into the fabric and there is no touch to it at all.  The results of Sublimation Printing are as if the fabric itself were printed at the factory with your design.
