Foil Printing on T-shirts

Are you on the hunt for glamorous T-shirts?  Do you feel like your T-shirts lack some shine and sparkle?  Do you wish you had a T-shirt that would stand out in a crowd?  Well with foil printing on T-shirts, you can have all of that.  Foil printing is a garment customization method that is very similar to standard screen printing.  Like with regular screen printing, a mesh silk screen has an image burned into the emulsion coating the screen.  The screen is laid over the fabric that is going to be printed and then an adhesive is pulled across the screen instead of colored ink.  A sheet of colored foil is placed onto the adhesive and it bonds with the adhesive when heat is applied.  When the sheet is peeled away, only the design printed in adhesive will have held onto the foil and you have a completed foil print.
