Large screen printing is essentially the same as regular screen printing except on a larger scale. The smallest screen AMBRO Manufacturing offers is 40”X40”. Don’t worry you read that right; 40”X40” means that you can get an image or design that will fit the entire screen. Large format screen printing begins with the creation of a specialized jumbo screen, which is custom built in house for each job. After the screens are developed our artist coverts the artwork on specialized digital film and transfers the film to the screen with a UV curing system. After the screens dry they are mounted on the press and the printing can begin.
