New embroidery machines!

4 Head Terminated?

New Embroidery Machines Arrive!

At AMBRO MFG we had to say goodbye to our 4 head embroidery machine that was working for us a temp. After several incidents of improper stitching and authorized time off from production, we decided to make a change at the position and  hire a new 6 head machine to take it’s place. We wish the 4 head the best of luck and we hope that we can still be friends.

But in all seriousness, this new machine will allow us to produce more embroidered items per hour than before and gives us the opportunity to turnaround orders much faster for our clients.

About the art of embroidery, Wikipedia defines it as:

Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearlsbeadsquills, and sequins. Embroidery is most often recommended for caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn colour.

A characteristic of embroidery is that the basic techniques or stitches of the earliest work—chain stitchbuttonhole or blanket stitchrunning stitchsatin stitchcross stitch—remain the fundamental techniques of hand embroidery today.

Machine embroidery, arising in the early stages of the Industrial Revolution, mimics hand embroidery, especially in the use of chain stitches, but the “satin stitch” and hemming stitches of machine work rely on the use of multiple threads and resemble hand work in their appearance, not their construction.

AMBRO Manufacturing offers embroidery for all your branding needs,we can add your logo to  polo shirts, jackets, hats, blankets, and anything else we can get an embroidery hoop on!

Once we get a chance and the new machine is running like a top, I will post a video of it to the site.
