Sports Fleece Blankets
Screen printing logos on Sports Fleece Blankets has been done for a long time, but often, these prints look like postage stamps on pool covers. What I mean by that is that the print areas that most screen printing companies offer are not condusive to Sports Fleece Blankets. In order to have a logo, crest or design that looks appropriate for blankets of that size (typically 50″ x 60″ blankets), the screen print has to be between 35″ and 38″ in width, and sizes according to proportion for the height.
Printing on Sports Fleece Blankets presents some challenges beyond just the size. At sizes that big, the artwork for Sports Fleece Blankets needs to be created with the size of print in mind. In addition, registering more than one color, that large, presents some challenges.
Most of the Sports Fleece Blankets that we print for our clients, are a single color print, in the size range of 35″ to 38″, but we do offer up to 4 different colors of print for the same design.
Sublimation printing can be used on some stadium blankets, but for brushed polyester fleece (i.e. Sweat Shirt Material) Sports Fleece Blankets, we recommend screen printing.
