All Over Shirt Printing
The process of All Over Shirt Printing can be accomplished using several different methods. The primary methods used today are all over shirt dye sublimation printing, jumbo all over screen printing, or pick and place.
The vast majority of screen printing companies that you’ll find don’t have Jumbo All Over Shirt Printing equipment. As a result, Dye Sublimation Printing or Pick and Place are typically the methods that you’ll see used.
All Over Shirt Printing
Using Dye Sublimation for an All Over Shirt Printing project requires that your customer uses 100% polyester white shirts and Dye Sublimation would have to be done on each side of the shirt. This is the most effective way of getting virtually 100% coverage of your customers design on a T-Shirt. It is also however, the most costly method. A wholesale Dye Sublimation T-Shirt (front and back) can range between $18 and $30 for the print, then factor in your cost of the T-Shirt
Using the pick and place method involves a standard size screen printing press, which most screen printers will have and a steady hand with a good amount of time. Producing All Over Shirt Printing using this method involves printing the shirt, removing it from the press, drying it, and placing it back on the press for a second print strike. This is not ideal, but it is less expensive than Dye Sublimation printing and can reasonably achieve what you are trying to do.
The preferred method of All Over Shirt Printing is the use of specialized All Over Shirt Printing equipment often called Jumbo Screen Printing Services. Our print area enables us to print sleeve to sleeve and neck to waist on both the front and the back of any T-Shirt.
Most Jumbo Screen Printing projects range from 2 – 3 colors and in print quantities of 500 pcs or more.
