Screen printing is when you have screens in frames that are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with your design. Once that process is done they are ready to be loaded up onto a printing process and covered with ink. The ink is then transferred into the apparel of your choosing. Sublimation is a versatile printing method for transferring images onto something, which is usually a cloth like material. Sublimation printing is a unique and simple ability and is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied, the dye becomes a gas and is absorbed into the garment.   Sublimation printing can only be used on apparel that is made of 100% polyester or polyester based and the apparel must be white. Sublimation printing is weightless, doesn’t fade or crack and is long lasting.
