Let me give you some background on the printing processes we offer. Traditional screen printing is when screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and then burned with an image. After that process they are then covered with ink and transferred to whatever material is being used. Oversized or jumbo screen printing is accentually the same thing as traditional except on a larger scale. With oversized we are able to print from seam to seam, top to bottom, and side to side of a t-shirt. Sublimation printing is a digital printing method for transferring images into any material as long as it is polyester and white. Sublimation is the only way to completely cover as entire garment with a design. Sublimation is where the dye is absorbed into that garment instead of being place on it.
