The classic bandana has a 2″ empty border around the edges. Most traditional screen printers will offer to print your bandanas, but take note that their maximum size is often 16″ x 16″ or 18″ x 18″ which is great for a t-shirt, but leaves a huge gap on a bandana, so much so that it looks “off”.

Do you offer full bleed bandana printing?

We have the capability to print your design completely off of the edge of each bandana, this means that on a 22″ x 22″ bandana, we could print 23″ x 23″ and have your design “spill” off of the edge. However, we only offer that ability under specific circumstances with regard to your order, artwork and time frame. How do I order custom bandanas with logo embellishments?

Do you provide dog bandanas?

Sort of.  We don’t manufacture triangular bandanas that you would typically see on a dog. However, when you diagonally fold a 22″ x 22″ square bandana, you have a 30″ diagonal triangular dog bandana!

Are your bandanas square?

We realize this may seem like a silly question. However, many imported bandanas are not square. Since most bandana designs are square, you can imagine the problem when you print a square design on an imperfectly square bandana. The issue is that it looks bad. While it’s impossible even with computer aided cutting to have a perfectly square bandana, we do our best to ensure that our bandanas are as square as possible. This question is arguably the most important question to ask a bandana provider when researching the possibility of ordering from them. When buying from companies that don’t specialize in bandana manufacturing, most first time bandana buyers often get surprised by small prints and bandanas that are not square. What type of ink do you use on your bandanas?

All of our bandanas are printed using discharge inks. Discharge inks are a water based dye product. The decoration effectively “bleaches” your design into the bandana. This doesn’t mean that it can only be white, if your design requires colors, we bleach the bandana and replace the pigment with your specification.  Discharge printing removes the fabric pigment and replaces it with your design and pigments. This process offers the softest smoothest print possible, which is important when wearing a product on ones head, face or neck.
