Direct To Garment Printing Services

AMBRO Maufacturing provides Direct To Garment Printing Services for contractors and the trade.  Direct To Garment Printing Services also called DTG is the process by where no traditional screens are used to transfer ink to a T-Shirt or other garment.  Direct To Garment Printing Services involves the use of a special DTG printer.  When printing directly to a garment, the artwork is processed through a special software package often called the RIP “Raster Image Processing”  Once prepared, the artwork can be printed directly onto the garment via special inks and print heads.  Those garments are cured with a special dryer and the outcome is a high resolution DTG print.

The benefits of Direct To Garment Printing Services include a wide range of colors typically not available through screen printing at a reasonable cost per item, very fine detail print, and near photo replication on fabric.  DTG printers in the past have had difficulty printing on dark garments, but using AMBRO Manufacturing’s special process, printing on dark garments with DTG Services is not a problem.
