The foiling process is a lot like regular screen printing but rather than colored ink getting printed onto the garment, a clear adhesive is applied instead.  Once the adhesive is on the garment, a foil sheet is laid over the adhesive and together they are heat pressed to bind the foil to the glue.  After you peel away the excess foil you are left with a gorgeous, sparkling design.  At our company we can even do mixed media prints that combine regular screen printing alongside foil printing.
