Hanes Wearables Contest

AMBRO Manufacturing is in the running to win the Hanes Wearables Contest for the month of July, but we need your help! We’re entry number six, and we need fans of our work and our customers to show us some support. You can vote here.

The contest was to alter the below image and make a design that stands out for a fictional 5K charity race.

We wanted to show off our sublimation capabilities, so we sublimated a dark version of the Hanes logo that we placed behind the logo itself. We altered the font from Helsinki to something a bit more fun and finished it off with heat-applied foil hearts.

We wanted to celebrate the “love” aspect of this contest by going all out with the accents on the shirt. We also wanted to showcase our sublimation, which we love to do whenever we get a chance!

Hearts in the letters of “love,” accent hearts in yellow ink—we didn’t want to alter the placement of the text, but we wanted to make it stand out.

This was a really fun contest that gave us a chance to flex our printing muscles and show what we’re capable of.
