Large Format Screen Printing

Many t-shirt designers have visions that exceed the typical 14″ x 18″ print area afforded by the every-day screen printing company. When dye sublimation was introduced as a means to decorate the entire surface area of a t-shirt, it was thought that Large Format Screen Printing would be on the decline.  For a time it was, many of our competitors sold off their old legacy equipment in favor of digital equipment that was less capable in the large format area but more versatile in colors and standard prints..  After about 8 years, and frustrations by the marketplace with regard to the limitations of dye sublimation, oversized screen printing started to come back in style.

During that time, we were investing in new and improved methods of Large Format Screen Printing and were poised to emerge as a leader in oversized screen printing.  As a result, today, we are one of the few companies left in the United States, that offers all over screen printing capabilities.  We’ve carved out niches in Blankets, Bandanas and Oversized Screen Printing of many other items.
