Large Silk Screen Printing is a specialty service that AMBRO Manufacturing provides to the trade. With our specialized equipment and over sized screen printing presses, AMBRO Manufacturing has the ability to print over 40 inches wide. Our Jumbo Screen Printing Presses enable our customers to create projects that were once limited to Dye Sublimation Printing only. But with the Large Silk Screen Printing process and equipment, designers can achieve all over shirt screen printing using traditional screen printing inks.
Large Silk Screen Printing
Large Silk Screen Printing is not a common practice in the industry, the equipment is expensive and hard to acquire. Most large screen printing is done using non-screen printing practices, i.e. Sublimation, but some specialty printers like AMBRO Manufacturing offer unique and amazing designs using over sized screen printing.
The process of jumbo screen printing in not dissimilar to traditional silk screen printing. The major differences are the size of the automatic screen printing presses, the jumbo sized screens and the extra wide squeegees. The inks and process are the same, it’s the massive equipment that is the difference.
AMBRO Manufacturing began all over shirt printing to provide additional services that were being requested from our customers. Our customers were asking for wrap around printing, screen printing on the neck and sleeves and large horizontal and vertical designs that standard screen printing equipment could not handle. In our research we learned that there was no equipment on the market that could suit our needs, so we worked with our in house engineers to develop our own equipment.
