Traditional screen printing services involves using a plastic based ink and screening it onto (a surface) through a prepared screen of fine material so as to create a picture or pattern. We have mesh screens in frames that are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with your artwork. Once that process is done they are ready to be loaded up onto our printing press. The ink of your choosing in then transferred onto your apparel. Oversized or jumbo screen printing is essentially the same thing except on a larger scale. This process begins with creating specialized jumbo screens which we produce ourselves in house. Not only do we produce the screens in house but they are custom built for each job. The largest screen we offer for oversized screen printing is 36”X36”.
