In the past when fashion designers or T-Shirt designers wanted to create a custom T-Shirt, they needed to order bolts and bolts of expensive fabric to create a new design.  Today, with the process of Sublimation Printing, designers can request a dozen custom fabricated and sublimated fabric panels and create unique products within a reasonable time and budget.

What is Sublimation Printing?  Sublimation printing is the process of using custom sublimation inks, polyester or polyester family member fabric i.e. (Spandex, Rayon, Nylon, Satin etc …) and industrial heat to transfer designs from a computer to fabric.

Today, sublimation technology has advanced to the point where cut and sew sublimation is not always necessary for a sublimation project.  Companies like AMBRO Manufacturing have the ability to provide dye sublimation printing on already sewn T-Shirts.  By enabling our customers to sublimate on pre-sewn T-Shirts, the cost to entry for new fashion lines is dramatically reduced.  Dye Sublimation printing offers a wide range of flexibility to companies in the fashion industry.
