Belt Printing
AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen printer that specializes in oversized screen prints. This is often referred to as: Jumbo Screen Printing, Belt Printing, All Over Screen Printing, Seam-To-Seam Printing or Oversized Screen Printing. Whatever you choose to call it, it’s enormous screen prints, well beyond the 16″ x 18″ maximum that most screen printers offer.
The reason why many people refer to this as “Belt Printing” is because traditionally the screen print is created using, what is referred to as, “a belt printer”. Belt printers are huge printing machines that have a continuous belt that moves garments, typically t-shirts, from start to finish as huge screens place prints on the items. Today, belt printers would be considered old technology, even though there are many still in use today. Belt printers have been replaced with large format table printers. Instead of a continuous belt, we now have moving tables. The screen sizes are still the same, the movement method of the product is just different.
So … what does that all mean? It means absolutely nothing to you, other than you can still get all over screen printed t-shirts using the new technology! If you want to know more about how they are done, give us a call. If you want to place an order for all over print t-shirts, give us a call.
If you are interested in a project that involves screen printing larger than 14″ x 18″, please consider giving us a call (908) 806-8337 or emailing us today.
