Custom Bandanas Printed
AMBRO Manufacturing is a textile mill with over 30 years of experience. We are based in between New York and Philadelphia on the east coast and we offer Custom Bandanas Printed with your logo and design. If you are looking for custom screen printed bandanas we can help. There are a few key questions that you’ll want to ask any company that you are considering for your custom bandana work, here they are:
How big do you print your bandanas?
We print our bandanas at 20″ x 20″ on a 22″ x 22″ bandana. This gives your custom printed bandanas the classic 2 inch margin. You want to be very careful here because most printers can’t print bigger than 16″ x 18″ or at most 18″ x 18″. While an impressive size, 18″ prints leaves a HUGE 4″ margin that just looks “off”.
What type of ink or dye do you use to print your custom bandanas?
Most screen printers in the U.S. use plastisol inks. Plastisol inks are essentially liquid plastic. Plastisol inks are traditionally used on t-shirts and they offer a nice crisp print, however, they are also raised and rough. While this is generally not a concern for the outside of a t-shirt, it is a concern for screen printed bandanas. We use discharge inks which are soft and not raised. When you are wearing something on your neck, head of face, you won’t want a raised and rough print, this is why discharge printing on bandanas is the best option.
Where are your custom bandanas printed?
We manufacture our bandanas in New Jersey and we decorate/print them here in New Jersey. When you are buying from us, you are supporting an American product and an American company. Many screen printers that are not bandana printing specialists import bandanas from overseas. This helps them save money but the bandana is often not square and is made from light weight fabrics that are see thru.
