Design Your Own Custom Bandana
If you would like to design your own custom bandana we can help! Bandanas are manufactured as 22″ x 22″, hemmed cotton squares. You can’t get much more simple than that! Each bandana has a merrowed edge vs. a hemmed edge. Hemmed edges are folded edges that are sewn down with a running stitch. While hemmed edges are nice, merrowed edges provide the professional and finished look. In fact one of the ways that you can determine if a bandana is a lower quality bandana is to look at the edges. If they are hemmed, they are typically lower quality bandanas, if they are merrowed, they are typically higher quality bandanas.
One of the great things about the design of your own bandana is that you have unlimited flexibility on art, as long as it fits within a 20″ x 20″ square and no element is finer than 2 points. Other than those two restrictions, you can design what you want. We offer between 1 and 6 colors of print as well as 4 color processing on white bandanas.
