Most screen printing companies max out at 16″ or 18″ of print. Some can screen print up to 21″. We go the total distance and print at 30″ and bigger. When you take a 50″ x 60″ stadium blanket and turn it into a logo stadium blanket with a mega print, it’s VERY impressive looking.

Our customers have used the terms: “Classic High School Look” and “Collegiate Look” when describing out stadium blankets.

Today, most printers use digital printing methods to print on blankets of this size. They either use a process called Dye Sublimation or they use a digital print. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Using a sublimation print, will always mean that the blanket has to be white to start and then made from polyester.

When using dye sublimation printing, the back of the blanket is often left white.  Digital printing can eliminate the problem of having to use a polyester blanket, and eliminates the back of the blanket being white. However, digital printing on a 50″ x 60″ surface, is very expensive and often lacks long term durability. And while a personal preference … it often looks cheap.

Screen printing is a robust process and is our preferred method for producing logo stadium blankets. It’s durable, looks regal and there is simply no other way to describe it than to say that the blankets look amazing and unique. Screen printing is durable, robust and produces a fantastic stadium blanket.
