All Over Screen Printing

All Over Screen Printing is a process that is used to create stunning designs on T-Shirts, Hooded Sweat Shirts and other garments, all through the use of screen printing methods.  The biggest difference between All Over Screen Printing and standard screen printing, is the size of the equipment used to perform the process.

Most standard screen printing shops offer a maximum print area of 16″ x 20″ and those dimensions are even pushing their limits.  Using customized screen printing presses and an in-house engineering staff and machine shop, AMBRO Manufacturing produces custom pallets that measure in feet vs. inches.

Our custom All Over Screen Printing techniques enable us to produce amazing results on fabrics of any type.  Unlike Sublimation printing where the designer is limited to polyester blends, All Over Screen Printing can be accomplished on fleece, canvas, cotton, poly and a wide range of other fabrics, both natural and synthetic.

While it might sound simple, the process of All Over Screen Printing is not as easy as just adding a huge screen to your press and calling it jumbo.  There are art considerations, special hold down pallets and a wide range of other equipment and techniques that have to be used to accomplish the goal of attaining the jumbo screen print.

Most All Over Screen Printing is done with a limited pallet, of 3-4 colors.  Some however, blend traditional screen printing with jumbo or oversized screen printing to create truly amazing designs.
