Blank Bandanas For Screen Printing

We get many calls each week from other screen printing companies that are interested in blank bandanas for screen printing, however we do not sell our bandanas as blanks. While we stock thousands of each color, the reason why we don’t offer then to other screen printers is because of the specialty nature of what clients want in their bandana printing. We understand that screen printers want to be able to offer bandanas to their customers, but most end users are looking for a 22″ x 22″, Cotton bandana with a minimum of a 20″ x 20″ print. Since most screen printers offer common print sizes of 14″ x 16″, 16″ x 18″ or 18″ x 20″, very few can print at the 20″ x 20″ required, and fewer than that can print a full bleed 22″ x 22″ print.
Since custom bandana customers are also looking for a super soft print, plastisol inks are generally not good for bandana printing.
A good number of calls that we receive for custom bandanas come from customers that have tried working with their screen printer to get the custom bandana that they needed, but were frustrated with the size of the print. Bandanas just don’t look good with blank margins that are bigger than 1 inch. To that end, we decided to offer our bandanas complete to the trade.
