Not quite sure how to print your shirts? Why not use screen printing. It’s the process in which ink is pressed into a mesh screen and onto the fabric. It’s then heated to 325 degrees so the ink can cure and bond with the fabric. The choices of t-shirt and ink are endless when creating your corporate design. Maybe you want to more of a unique look? How about full sublimation! Sublimation printing is a printing process that allows the ink to be printed into the fabric instead of on it. This simple technique uses heat and applied pressure to create your stroke of genius. With sublimation you can only use shirts that are made out of polyester. For the best possible outcome, it is recommended that the shirts be white. Just because the shirt has to be white doesn’t mean you can’t get then sublimate it to be any color you want. Another for one to consider is embroidery. Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread.
