Custom Embroidery Hoops

We needed a brand new embroidery hoop to manufacture our custom made Tactitee. We looked everywhereand none of the existing embroidery hoop manufacturing companies could supply us with what we needed.

Our Tactitee tactical T Shirts have 4″ x 5″ velcro patch strips on each sleeve for removable embroidered and PVC patches.  Standard embroidery hoops won’t allow for a 4″ x 5″ rectangular sewing field, especially not on the sleeve.  So … we hadto take matters into our own hands and develop our own embroidery hoop.

Using our 3o Watt laser CNC machine, we cut this design out of Masonite, and used screws, glue and stock embroidery clips to make the perfect custom embroidery hoop for our application.  More than one employee thought that the frame resembled
a Klingon Bird Of Prey.
