Custom Water Based Screen Printing

If you want to take your custom printing to the pinnacle of softness then you may want to consider custom water based screen printing.  Custom water based screen printing is the best way to apply your own custom designs so that they are soft yet vibrant because the ink is formulated differently than the standard plastisol inks generally used for screen printing.

Plastisol inks don’t contain a solvent which means they are able to remain exposed to the air without drying up and that makes them easy to reuse.  The problem is that you need to cure the prints for them to set and you use a dryer to do so which results in a tougher, more rigid print.  When you have images with a lot of ink coverage or garments that are made from soft and lightweight materials, you could end up making the garment uncomfortable to wear.  Garments that are uncomfortable to wear don’t sell well so if you want to reduce the hand to your prints, we’ve got just what you need.
